Stage 1: Foundation/Explore Entrepreneurship

By the end of the Explore Entrepreneurship course, learners will develop their entrepreneurial mindset by learning new strategies to develop and test new ideas that address a real need. Learners will spend three months developing their ideas while completing training on fundamental topics of innovation and entrepreneurship, including Entrepreneurial Mindset, Systems Thinking, Design Thinking, Customer Discovery, Lean Development and MVPs, Pricing Strategies and Financial Viability, Business Model Canvas, and Social Business Model Canvas, and Intellectual Property. Learners will synthesize these concepts and apply them to creating a business model canvas that articulates the key considerations for their venture idea. These concepts can be applied in learners’ entrepreneurial endeavors or to drive innovation within the organization in which they work.

Stage 2: Intermediate/Ignite Entrepreneurship

By the end of the Ignite Entrepreneurship course, learners will apply new strategies to develop a go-to-market strategy and a business or financial sustainability model. Learners will further develop their own ideas while completing training on innovation and entrepreneurship, including Roles and Responsibilities, Introduction to Financing and the Equity Waterfall, Technology Ventures, Spending a Startup, and Pitching. Learners will synthesize these concepts and apply them to develop and deliver a pitch on their venture idea. These concepts can be applied in learners’ entrepreneurial endeavors or to drive innovation within the organization in which they work.

Stage 3: Advance/Launch Entrepreneurship

By the end of the Launch Entrepreneurship, learners will prepare to execute their ideas and develop a plan to scale. Learners will further develop their ideas while completing training on innovation and entrepreneurship, including Growing your Team, Digital Privacy and Data, Procurement, and Choosing the Right Business Vehicle. Learners will synthesize these concepts and apply them to develop and deliver a pitch on their venture idea. These concepts can be applied in learners’ entrepreneurial endeavors or to drive innovation within the organization in which they work.
