About the Program

The Entrepreneurship Jobs for All (E-Jobs4All) program prepares Ghanaian youth to build and grow their businesses. We are addressing poverty, youth unemployment and illegal mining in Ghana by providing entrepreneurship training, mentorship, and investment opportunities to thousands of Ghanaian youth to develop and launch their businesses.

Successful applicants receive entrepreneurship and innovation training from Dunin-Deshpande Queen’s Innovation Centre (DDQIC) at Queen’s University in Canada and advisory services from business experts in the Leadogo Incorporated network.

This is an initiative of the Community and Entrepreneurial Development Initiatives (CEDI Ghana), Dunin-Deshpande Queen’s Innovation Centre at Queen’s University, Canada, and Leadogo Incorporated, Canada, with support from the National Alternative Employment Livelihood Programme (NAELP) under the Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources.
