Key Responsibilities

- You will determine the employment opportunities, assist the job seekers in the hiring process, and monitor the job performance, wages, and other aspects for employer and employee satisfaction.
- You will have monthly, annual, and quarterly placement goals every year and other duties.
- You will promote initiatives or projects that will help in building team engagement and help in the IRS goals.
- You promote IRC values, foster learning, safeguard the IRC principles, and host honest dialogue for the IRC.
