Eligibility Criteria
The Global Emergency Group has set the following eligibility conditions for the Field Program Director position:
- You must have a Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years of experience, or a Master’s degree with at least 6+ years of experience, or a High school diploma with 12+ years of experience.
- You must be fluent in other languages other than English, and have 3+ years of experience in field-based work.
- You should be a US citizen and must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government-issued Secret Level Security Clearance for the duration.

Key Responsibilities
As the Field Programs Director at the Global Emergency Group, you will be responsible for the following key duties:
- You will manage and review FPS tasks and ensure they are well-coordinated and deliver the key objectives of the field operations.
- You will report the field operation report and your work to the Field Programs Support Lead.
- You will collaborate with other Field Programs Directors and ensure the work goes smoothly.
- You should ensure FPS Services meets the State Department level and the team’s highest level of expectation.
- You will be completing the FPS activities with a team on time to make sure the Team Credence meets the delivery options.
- You will assist and support the FPS personnel and keep an eye on the personnel assigned in other countries.
- You will contribute to the human resources, meaning you will assist in the hiring and recruitment.
- You would make adjustments based on the feedback you received and the performance evaluation to improve overall FPS efficiency.
- You will participate in the planning, implementation, and development of risk management policies, the safety of the support team, and others, to ensure all operations go smoothly.
- You will need to communicate with the FPS team, the State Department, and Team Credence related to FPS operation, administration, and operational tasks.
- You will need to prepare the reports, presentations, information, and other materials for FPS meetings and constituencies.
- You will be managing the GEG country administrative operations at the country level, and network with the global GEG support team, Credence.
- You will recommend, innovate, and include a culture of learning that improves the FPS operations and generates new solutions for the FPS.
- You may need to travel frequently for the GEG works and manage the field operations.
- Your position is classified as hybrid telework; you will be expected to work online or from the location.
