Fact Checking Policy

At ejobs4all.org, accuracy is not a slogan. It is a responsibility.

We publish job listings, employment information, and career-related updates from sources around the world. Our fact-checking process exists to ensure that what we publish is reliable, current, and actionable for job seekers.

What We Fact-Check

Before publishing or updating content, we verify:

  • job title and role description
  • employer or hiring organization details
  • job location or remote status
  • application deadlines, when available
  • official application links or sources
  • salary or compensation details, if mentioned
  • eligibility criteria and requirements

If a detail cannot be reasonably verified, we do not present it as a fact.

Our Sources

We rely on information from:

  • official employer websites
  • verified recruitment platforms
  • government or public employment portals
  • direct employer or recruiter submissions
  • reputable third-party job aggregators

We avoid anonymous, untraceable, or clearly misleading sources. If a listing looks suspicious, it does not go live.

Review and Updates

Job information changes fast. Pretending otherwise is dishonest.

  • listings are reviewed regularly
  • expired or closed jobs are removed when identified
  • outdated information is corrected as soon as it is confirmed

Despite best efforts, errors can happen. Speed matters, but accuracy matters more.

Corrections Policy

If an error is found:

  • we verify the issue immediately
  • corrections are made without delay
  • misleading or harmful listings are removed

We do not quietly ignore mistakes. That behavior destroys credibility.

User Reports and Feedback

We encourage users to report:

  • expired job listings
  • misleading information
  • fake or suspicious employers
  • broken or incorrect application links

Reports can be sent to:
[email protected]

If you see something wrong and stay silent, you are part of the problem.

What We Do Not Do

Let’s be direct:

  • we do not guarantee job placement
  • we do not represent employers unless clearly stated
  • we do not alter employer information to make jobs look better
  • we do not publish paid listings disguised as editorial content

If a job requires payment, sensitive personal data, or unrealistic promises, it does not belong here.

Accountability

ejobs4all.org is committed to transparency, accuracy, and user trust. Fact-checking is an ongoing process, not a one-time checkbox.

Trust is earned slowly and lost instantly. We operate with that reality in mind.
