Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for the Apprenticeship with Bank of Maharashtra are listed below in terms of nationality, educational qualification and age limit.
- Nationality: You must be an Indian citizen, and live in any state or union territory.
- Educational Qualification: You have pursued a bachelor’s degree in any stream from an institution recognised by the UGC/AICTE; studied the official language of State or UT at 10th/12th Level.
- Age Limit: You should be between the age of 20 and 25; age relaxation is applicable for 3 years for OBC-NCL, and 5 years for SC and ST candidates.
Individuals who belong to the Person with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) category can claim additional age relaxation of 10 years, if required.
Application Fee
In order to apply for the engagement of Apprentice at the BOM you need to deposit the application fee of 150 rupees. If you belong to SC or ST category, you need to pay 100 rupees.
PH category candidates are exempted from the payment of the application fee. If you belong to UR, OBC, EWS, SC and ST may pay the required amount using the debit card or credit card.
Selection Process
Candidates are going to be shortlisted for the Apprenticeship based on their performance in the 12th Exam. Shortlisted individuals will have to complete one-year training to obtain the National Apprenticeship Certificate.
After accepting applications from the aspirants the Bank of Maharashtra will prepare a merit list based on the applicants’ performance in the Intermediate. Those who will be shortlisted will be called for the DV.
Stipend
Individuals who will be shortlisted for the Apprentice engagement at the Bank of Maharashtra will get the monthly stipend of ₹12,300; no dearness allowance, house rent allowance, or any other benefits will be provided by the bank.
