PFP Regional Programmes Manager: Key Responsibilities

• You will lead the program and will be responsible for the programme delivery across Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda, and ensure it meets the quality standards and supports the CBOs.

• You will lead the rollout, development, and compliance of the SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and lead the operations across all countries, ensuring it meets the financial, safety, and operational standards. 
• You will handle the documentation of all programmes across countries, along with their work. Hence, you will have to travel to Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda for the smooth operations, and the travel expenses will be covered by the organizations. 
• You will be working with all the teams across the projects in Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda. So, you will supervise them, foster all the teams, oversee new recruitment, and other professional developments. 
• You will manage the budget and expenditures from the funds and oversee the financial policy of the programme, which will include payment approvals, collaborate with the finance officer and the CEO related to reporting and predicting, and support initiatives for revenue-generating.
• You will follow the MEL (Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning) model and ensure the execution of the model across all programmes. 
• You will be responsible for reporting your work to the CEO, contributing to the board, and ensuring the programmes meet local compliance.
